Gem Soft Business Presentation — June 8-2026

Gem Soft Business Presentation — June 8, 2026: Premium Accounts, AI Roadmap, and the Revolution Ahead

Gem Space celebrated its 10th anniversary on May 27th, and the June 8th conference opened with a clear message: the foundation has been built, and now comes the most significant phase in the project’s history.

Over a decade, the application grew from zero to 51 million users across 194 countries, with an independent valuation exceeding $2 billion. The development team, the marketing team, the infrastructure, and the global user base are all in place. What begins now is something that did not exist before — a complete transformation of Gem Space from a communication tool into a full digital ecosystem, driven by monetization and artificial intelligence.

Two Products, One Platform

The Gem Space project has effectively split into two parallel directions, both built on the same core application.

The first is the global messenger — the primary strategic product and the target of a major global sale. This remains the company’s core focus and the source of its greatest financial prospects.

The second is the white label sovereign messenger solution — a response to direct market demand. Countries and organizations that cannot afford the decade-long, multi-billion dollar effort required to build their own communication infrastructure from scratch can now deploy Gem Space under their own name, colors, logos, and language settings. Several negotiations are already underway. The demand is real and growing, particularly as the current global situation continues to drive urgent interest in secure, locally controlled communication infrastructure.

The Premium Account: The Monetization Anchor

Rather than walking through the full monetization roadmap today, the presentation chose to focus on one element in particular — the Gem Space Premium account — as a way of illustrating the scale of what is now being built.

The premium subscription will be priced at approximately $100 per year for users. The math is straightforward. One million subscribers at $100 each generates $100 million annually. Ten million subscribers generates $1 billion. And the premium account is just one of the monetization tools being introduced — alongside advertising, paid subscriptions, the mini-app platform, and the PayGem digital wallet.

This is precisely what potential acquiring entities look for. When evaluating an acquisition, buyers want to understand how their investment will recoup. A platform with proven internal financial flows — real, recurring, measurable revenue — commands dramatically higher valuations than one without. This is the transformation the company is executing now.

AI Integration: The Schedule Is Set

The implementation of artificial intelligence into Gem Space is underway on a defined timeline.

Starting June 11th, an AI-powered tool built around the FIFA World Cup will go live, targeting football fans worldwide and serving as the platform’s first AI-driven engagement initiative.

By September, users will have access to both Chinese and American AI models through a single unified interface within Gem Space — without needing to switch between separate services or manage multiple subscriptions.

By November, voice agents are planned for introduction. These are more complex to develop, so the date is noted as tentative, but the direction is confirmed. Voice agents will enable answering machines, intelligent call handling, and automated conversation features.

The reasoning behind this investment is straightforward. AI implementation multiplies the capitalization of digital platforms by boosting monetization, increasing user engagement, and transforming an application from a communication tool into a full intelligent ecosystem. The company is confident that after implementing monetization and AI tools, the current $2 billion valuation will multiply significantly.

The analogy offered at the conference is worth noting. When the internet first appeared, many people dismissed it. When smartphones replaced feature phones, many users resisted the change for years. Today, everyone uses smartphones. The same transition is underway with AI — and Gem Space’s goal is to make that transition easy, intuitive, and immediately useful for every user on the platform.

Why the Platform Economy Points Directly at Gem Space

The second half of the conference addressed the macro trends that are actively driving demand for exactly what Gem Space and Gem Team offer.

The world is undergoing a large-scale division into closed techno-economic zones. Each zone wants to create its own technological environment, under its own control. This is not a future development — it is happening now, including in regions that might once have been considered fully aligned with global platforms. One major Gulf country spent five years and significant funding attempting to build its own national messenger — and did not succeed. This creates direct demand for what Gem Space already provides.

The decentralization of the economy and the growth of the platform economy is accelerating simultaneously. People are increasingly building income around their own knowledge, skills, and hobbies — through digital platforms that connect creators directly with their audiences. Gem Space is being built specifically to serve this new economy, with the Spaces feature, mini-app platform, and AI tools all designed to help users monetize their expertise and grow their audiences within a single ecosystem.

The arrival of generative AI has introduced what economists call hyperpersonalization — the ability to adapt platform experiences to the specific characteristics and preferences of each individual user. This is now a baseline expectation for any platform competing at a global level. Gem Space’s AI roadmap is a direct response to this expectation.

It is also worth noting what is happening in the broader technology market. The AI stock bubble in the US is beginning to deflate — companies like Intel and AMD have already seen significant share price corrections because AI investments are not yet generating sufficient returns relative to their cost. Against this backdrop, Gem Space’s model — sustainable development, steady valuation growth, real user traction, and a clear monetization path — represents exactly the kind of asset that becomes more attractive as speculative froth exits the market.

Webinars: Now Live

A practical product update was shared at the close of the conference. Webinar functionality is now available in Gem Space on Android, iOS, and web.

Webinars are distinct from standard calls. In a regular call or conference, all participants can speak. In a webinar, one or several hosts present while all other participants join as listeners — viewing and listening to the information being shared. A chat feature for attendees is being developed and will be added in a future update.

To create a webinar on Android or iOS, go to Calls, tap Create a Call via Link, and toggle on the Webinar switch. On web, use the general plus button — the same one used to create groups, channels, or Spaces — select Call via Link, and enable the webinar toggle.

The company plans to begin hosting its own weekly conferences within Gem Space using this feature as development progresses.

Gulf Region Coverage

GCC regional media continues to cover Gem Soft and its sovereign communication ecosystem. Gulf Times recently published an article discussing cybersecurity in the region that references Gem Team — a reflection of the ongoing and deepening presence the company is building across the Gulf.

Current Installations: 51,127,000 and Growing

Total Gem Space installations stand at 51,127,000 as of June 8th. The momentum continues.
