Spaces will get a dedicated section for contacts and links. You’ll be able to keep all the important details in one place: admin contacts, email, phone number, website, YouTube, TikTok, and other external resources.
This will help members find what they need without searching through messages or asking the same questions again. It will also make it easier for you to guide people to the right place – whether they want to buy a product, watch a video, follow your other channels, or contact your team.
New Space profile
The Space profile will become clearer and more visual.
You’ll be able to add a cover image, present your community more effectively, and show new members what your Space is about right away.
First impressions matter. When someone opens your Space, they should quickly understand what the community is about, why it may be useful to them, what kind of content they’ll find there, and why they should join.
The updated profile will help turn your Space from a simple chat or feed into a proper project page inside Gem Space.
Tips for growing your Space
You’ll also see helpful tips in the profile to improve your Space step by step.
For example, Gem Space may suggest adding a cover image, filling in contacts, attaching useful links, or setting up other elements that make your Space clearer and more useful for members.
This means you won’t have to keep everything in mind or guess what else needs to be added. You’ll see which details can make your Space stronger and more convenient for your audience.
Templates for a faster start
Creating new Spaces will become easier too.
We’re adding templates for different types of communities, creator projects, and topic-based spaces. You’ll be able to choose a structure that fits your idea and avoid starting from a blank screen.
This will be useful if you want to launch a Space for a new course, private community, blog, club, project, event, or separate topic. A template will help you build the foundation faster, and then you can adapt it to your needs.
As a result, launching new Spaces will take less time, and the final setup will look clearer and more polished from the start.
