The October 5th conference opened with a direct update from the GCC and MENA regions. The Gem Soft team is working there full-time despite ongoing regional instability — actively promoting Gem Space and Gem Team across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the broader MENA region. Qatar remains the strategic gateway to the wider Gulf market.

The MOUs and binding documentation signed during Web Summit Qatar remain fully in effect. Localized system testing is ongoing, with the technical team conducting practical tests under the executed agreements. Clients, partners, and contractors are actively submitting technical requests — specifying what they need and how to adapt the platform to their particular use cases. Weekly report meetings are being held on the regional situation, with documents and technical solutions being discussed and progressed for each client.
The tone of the update was measured but confident: tensions have not fully eased, but things are clearly moving in the right direction.

Dividend Withdrawals Are Open
Following the completion of the first license renewal transaction, dividend withdrawals are now open. Withdrawals are processed through personal dividend accounts specific to each shareholder, in accordance with the fund’s regulations.
The Skills That Matter in the New Economy
A substantive section of the October 5th conference was devoted to something broader than product updates — a reflection on the human skills that will define success in the economic era now forming.

The first and most fundamental is communication. The ability to communicate rapidly, reliably, and securely with the world is the most important capability in the emerging new economy. It is not incidental that this is also what the platform is built to provide.
The second is thinking — the ability to evaluate information, analyze it, build connected prospects, draw conclusions, and integrate knowledge into a coherent understanding. Large language models can assist with many tasks, but a person without genuine critical thinking cannot fully leverage them. The ability to analyze, integrate, and conclude remains irreplaceable.
The third is the ability to overcome difficulties — a skill that, like a muscle, is developed through practice. Solving problems, finding paths through challenges, and sustaining movement forward are capabilities that define anyone who can make conscious, calculated decisions in a turbulent environment.
The fourth is self-analysis and self-reflection — the ability to step outside oneself, reassess accumulated knowledge and assumptions, and understand one’s position honestly. This is critical for navigating a world that is changing faster than most people expected.
The fifth is quick reaction to rapidly changing situations. The ability to make a timely, correct decision under pressure — without the luxury of extended deliberation — is increasingly the difference between those who shape outcomes and those who are shaped by them.
Running through all of these is emotional intelligence. Without it, the other skills operate at half their potential. The ability to understand, manage, and work constructively with emotion — one’s own and others’ — is what allows communication, thinking, and adaptability to function at their best.
These are the soft skills of the new economy. Intellectual knowledge and accumulated experience matter, but they are amplified or constrained by the quality of these underlying capabilities. The project, in this view, is not only a platform and an investment — it is an environment where these skills are actively developed by those who engage with it. Building the platform and developing oneself happen simultaneously, in symbiosis. That is why the confidence in the future is grounded — not just in the product, but in the people building and sharing it.
Before the major announcement, a moment was taken to mark what September delivered. The month closed well across all targets. The necessary investment level was maintained through the summer months and strengthened further in September. All planned milestones were achieved. The results of that sustained effort are what made the announcements of October 5th possible.
Product Updates
DevTeam Group website relaunched
The website for Gem Soft’s primary development team, DevTeam Group, has been completely revamped. It is designed for developers — posting CVs, exploring job openings, and learning about the team and its projects including Gem Space and Gem Team. It is also worth sharing more broadly as a showcase of the development organization behind the platform.

The Gem Space Ambassador website has launched
The first phase of the dedicated Ambassador website is now live at: https://ambassadorgemspace.com. It is described as bright, attractive, emotional, and energetic — clearly explaining who Gem Space Ambassadors are, what the movement stands for, and how to get involved. The mission and ambassador guidelines are detailed and beautifully presented. Download links are available for sharing the site further.

Phase two of the ambassador website is planned within the next two weeks. It will enable people who want to become official ambassadors to complete specific actions — such as inviting a new subscriber and posting about Gem Space — after which they will receive a personalized ambassador card with their photo, a stamp, and QR codes confirming their status.
Phase three will consolidate all ambassador materials in one place — resources, social media content, presentations, and anything needed for promotional work — making the site a central hub for ambassador activity across all languages and regions.

The Major Announcement: 1,200 Premium Subscriptions in One Week
One week after the launch of Gem Premium on September 29th, the platform has recorded over 1,200 paid subscribers.
This number was presented not as a final result but as a first step — the beginning of a sequence. One thousand, then ten thousand, then one hundred thousand. The expectation is that subscriptions will eventually be counted in millions.
But the significance of this milestone goes beyond the number itself. What the launch of Gem Premium represents is the opening of a dam. For a long time, energy and resources accumulated, building toward the right moment. Now the latches have opened. Financial flows are beginning to move through the platform. This is not another incremental update alongside the others — it is the activation of a direction that fundamentally changes what Gem Space is. A communication platform is becoming a monetization platform. The face of the product is changing.

The two outcomes that follow from this are clear. First, the project becomes increasingly more valuable regardless of stock market fluctuations or external events — because its value is now tied to internal cash flow, not to sentiment. Second, once the cash flow mechanism starts moving, the remaining task is to scale it. And scaling is something the team knows how to do.
