Marketing Momentum Continues
Positive growth trends are holding across all key metrics. Monthly active users and daily active users continue to rise, and next month the company plans to invest in paid traffic acquisition — which is expected to accelerate the growth of daily active users even further.

One metric worth highlighting in particular is call conversion. Since March, when the product positioning shifted and navigation was redesigned, the rate at which users make calls after onboarding has increased significantly. Compared to April, this metric grew by nearly 10%. Monthly retention also improved in May compared to April. The direction is right and the numbers confirm it.

What Shipped on May 28th
The May 28th release delivered several important features that have been in development for some time.
Contact management has been upgraded — users can now edit contact names and delete contacts, and synchronization issues between devices have been resolved.

A new reputation system has been introduced to address the growing problem of spammers and scammers as the user base expands. Each user is now assigned a rating that reflects how closely their behavior resembles that of a spammer. As the rating drops due to suspicious actions — creating many chats with unknown users, sending mass identical messages, receiving complaints — restrictions are applied progressively. The system is designed carefully so that it does not affect legitimate users. In-app notifications warning users about potential scammers have also been added.
Built-in traffic proxying has been implemented. In regions where access to certain services is restricted, Gem Space can now route traffic through its own servers and virtual machines automatically — with no additional configuration required from the user. This works out of the box, making the experience seamless.

Several smaller but useful improvements were also included. A mini player now allows users to listen to voice and audio messages outside the chat — including while navigating elsewhere in the app — with adjustable playback speed. Image quality in chats has been noticeably improved on iOS. And the app icon was updated to feature the number 10 in honor of the platform’s anniversary.
Coming Soon: Webinar Functionality
The next major feature being prepared for release is webinars — essentially live broadcasts within Gem Space. A webinar is created as a call via link, with an option to enable webinar mode. The host designates speakers who have full control over the broadcast, while listeners joining via the link can listen in. These calls will support up to a thousand participants. The host can add speakers during the broadcast and fully manage the session. This functionality is coming soon and will allow the company’s own weekly conferences to eventually be hosted within Gem Space itself.
Monetization: The Full Roadmap
This briefing dedicated significant focus to the monetization strategy — the most consequential development phase in the platform’s history. The roadmap is structured in clear stages across the coming months.

In June, the mini-app platform launches with built-in monetization tools. In July, payments within Russia are introduced. In August, App Store and Google Play payment integration goes live, enabling worldwide payments. In September, the Gem Premium subscription launches in full. The third and fourth quarters will focus on monetizing original content, improving tools for bloggers, and actively attracting content creators from other platforms.
Mini Apps: Building an Ecosystem
Mini apps are small applications that run inside Gem Space. The goal of the mini-app platform is to transform the Super App from a collection of services into a true ecosystem — one where growth is driven not only by the internal development team, but by external third-party developers.

The model is analogous to the App Store and Google Play. When those stores opened to third-party developers, mobile technology grew explosively. That is the direction Gem Space is now heading. Developers will be provided with tools — including technical and business features such as built-in payment integration — to create their own mini apps. Businesses will be able to build mini apps with revenue models built in, and Gem Space will take a commission. Users benefit from expanded functionality through a single interface without switching between apps. The platform benefits from growth driven by external teams without expanding its own.
The developer tool — Bridge SDK — has already been built. A pilot mini app is in development and a bot that allows adding mini apps to the platform is being created. The platform will be open to mini app developers starting in June.
Gem Premium: The Subscription Model
Gem Premium is one of the most active areas of development right now. The subscription model will unlock an expanded feature set for users willing to pay a small recurring fee. The free version is not being removed — premium is an additional tier on top of it.

In the first version, premium subscribers will receive a badge distinguishing them from free users, unlimited call duration, higher participant limits on group calls, improved call quality, the ability to create calls via link without registration restrictions, increased limits on large file sharing with restrictions effectively removed, unlimited voice message transcription, and an enhanced set of privacy controls including the ability to manage the visibility of online statuses and control over voice messages and video circles.
Going forward, all new features will be developed with the premium subscription in mind — including AI tools, some of which will be part of the premium package. Client scenarios, architecture, and design are finalized. Development is now actively underway.
Spaces: The Foundation of Content Monetization
Spaces represent another crucial monetization layer. Active content creators are the foundation of platform monetization — their audiences drive engagement and activity across the platform. A full redesign of Spaces has been completed, including templates that help new authors more easily create and structure their content. The catalog is also being improved to make it easier for users to discover spaces and creators, and for creators to grow their audiences.

Work is currently underway to attract bloggers from other platforms to Gem Space. This lays the audience foundation that will be monetized in the third and fourth quarters of the year.

Artificial Intelligence: A Three-Stage Strategy
AI is central to the company’s value growth strategy — and the roadmap is detailed and phased.
The underlying premise is straightforward. Today, approximately 3% of people worldwide actively use AI tools. In one year, that number is expected to reach 30%. In two years, 60%. In three years, 90%. This technological wave is inevitable. The question is whether Gem Space leads it or chases it.

- The first stage — planned for implementation within the next three months — is providing users with access to top AI models directly within the platform. Some LLM models may be unavailable in certain countries, but Gem Space can provide access to them through its own application. This alone is a significant step.
- The second stage is a platform for specialized bots — AI assistants configured for specific real-life tasks. Legal assistance, business advice, career guidance, financial planning, coding help, job search support. The community is being involved in identifying which bots are most needed. By September, targeted assistants will be available within the Gem Space ecosystem — without the user needing to switch to third-party services, manage separate subscriptions, or understand how to configure prompts.
- The third stage — planned for December 2026 — is voice agents. These AI tools will be able to join calls, respond on behalf of the user, prepare call summaries, and initiate calls on command. A tool called RAG — which enhances models by adding pre-filled context — is also being developed to make AI agents more accurate and relevant.
At the beginning of 2027, fully autonomous agents are planned. These assistants will be able to receive a task — such as “write me a mini app” — and independently identify the tools needed, execute all task cycles, and deliver the result without further input from the user.

The four initiatives together — AI tools, PayGem wallet, mini apps, and Gem Premium — will fundamentally change the face of Gem Space in the coming months. They will enable monetization, increase user appeal, boost valuation, and enhance the attractiveness of the platform for national messenger sales to governments and regions.

Gem Team B2B: Major 3.0 Release Approaching
On the B2B side, the company has begun deploying and preparing for the public launch of Gem Team Cloud. This release will also include webinar functionality — a direct demonstration of the shared Gem Carbon platform architecture, which allows the same core components to power both B2B and B2C products simultaneously.

End-to-end encrypted secret chats are continuing to be developed and are currently undergoing thorough internal testing before public release. The technology is complex and the team wants to ensure it is fully reliable before launch.
The release also includes a number of additional features. Delayed messaging — so colleagues in different time zones can schedule messages for appropriate delivery times. Auto-deletion of messages based on configurable time settings, applicable to both protected and regular chats. Message memory and unread chat indicators — standard features now in place for B2B as well.

Several features currently in development will appear in future releases.

Device confirmation is a significant new security feature. A new device can be verified from an existing one, in two modes. Strict mode — if the user rejects the new device, it cannot be used by anyone until an administrator manually restores it. Lenient mode — an unconfirmed new device loses access to secure chats but retains access to regular conversations. System administrators will be able to manage all company users’ devices centrally, including forcibly blocking devices when an employee leaves or a device is lost.

Chat threads are also being developed. Threads will open on the right side of the screen within the same chat, showing the first message that started the thread for context. Thread functionality will be as complete as a regular chat — reactions, replies, quoting, and the ability to start a call exclusively with the thread’s participants. A dedicated threads tab will collect all active threads across all chats in one place, with notifications for new messages. This dramatically reduces the number of chats, improves focus, and structures corporate communication more effectively.

CRM integration for Gem Team Cloud is also in development — covering management reporting, marketing program monitoring, and automated invoice payment workflows. The goal is to reduce manual work, deliver invoices to clients faster, and improve revenue flow.
Admin panel functionality is being expanded. Cloud solution users will have more flexibility — employees can register themselves and fill in their own profile information. On-premise solution administrators, however, will have full control to configure what employees can and cannot edit themselves, preventing unprofessional profile names or unauthorized changes in corporate environments.

Key Questions Answered
On license renewals — the first license sold last year will be renewed this year. Negotiations are underway and updates will follow.
On the class C share certificate — all documents have been submitted to the regulator and permission to activate class C shares has been received. The team is now awaiting approval to issue the confirming documents to shareholders.
On dividend distribution — the 50/50 split between the administrative side and investors applies. For class C shares, the current dividend conditions remain unchanged for the next six to eight months. Details for class A shares will be announced closer to the signing of an agreement.
On the competitive landscape in GCC — the key is local presence, local relationships, and consistent engagement. Every major technology supplier — American, European, Chinese, Japanese — is competing for the same government contracts in the region. The only way to break through is to be fully embedded in the market, maintain permanent local representation, and build trust through direct accountability. The company is doing exactly that.
On the AI valuation impact — implementing AI tools on the platform is expected to multiply the platform’s value by tens of times. This is not speculation. The proper integration of AI into digital platforms is what is driving the extraordinary valuations of technology companies in the current environment. Gem Space’s strategy is to implement three levels of AI access — bots, voice agents, and autonomous agents — to achieve a materially higher business valuation.

An Important Announcement: Class C Shares Have Ended
Starting June 2nd, only packages containing Class A shares are available for purchase. The sale of Class C shares — which included dividend rights on Gem Team products — has now concluded. No further Class C shares will be issued, in order to protect the income of investors who participated in that direction. Class A shares remain available with significant prospects tied to Gem Space’s coming monetization and global scaling.
