Gem Soft Featured in WSJ

BIG NEWS! Gem Soft Featured in Wall Street Journal Documentary Produced with Invest Qatar

Our brand continues to gain international recognition, and Gem Soft is solidifying its position in Qatar as a trusted, mission-critical provider of secure communication technologies.

Our strategic partner in Qatar — Invest Qatar (the investment arm operating within the ecosystem of the sovereign fund Qatar Investment Authority) — partnered with The Wall Street Journal to produce a documentary titled «New Gravity: The Gravity of Choice.»

Our CEO, Michael Jordan, was personally invited to take part. The film clearly highlights the market sectors and features insights from partner companies whose work aligns with the fund’s strategic vision.

While the broader market is gearing up for a post‑summer launch, major players are already executing their strategies with precision.

What does this mean for investors?

It’s a clear signal to act on the facts — and increase your positions in high‑potential assets.

For those unfamiliar with Qatar Invest:

Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) is Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund, established in 2005 to manage the country’s oil and gas revenues.

  • Scale: One of the top 10 largest sovereign funds globally, with assets estimated at $526–600 billion.
  • Mission: Diversify Qatar’s economy and preserve wealth for future generations.
  • Focus areas: Technology, AI, real estate, infrastructure, and green projects.

QIA is Qatar’s primary financial vehicle for global influence and for positioning the country for a post‑hydrocarbon era.

Strategic Expansion: From Relocation to Web Summit

Over the past few months, a clear pattern has emerged: Gem Soft’s move to Qatar and subsequent growth, a long‑term partnership with Invest Qatar, participation in Web Summit Qatar, a sharp focus on AI and enterprise solutions, and now the CEO’s feature in a WSJ production. Invest Qatar hasn’t just opened doors — they’ve actively promoted us among local regulators and invited us into key industry associations. As we’ve said all along, we’re operating at the highest level. And Qatar is fully committed to our presence here.

Michael Jordan on «New Gravity: «Relationships Come First»

In his statement about the film, Michael Jordan said:

«It’s a tremendous honor to be featured in ‘New Gravity: The Gravity of Choice,’ produced by The Wall Street Journal in partnership with Invest Qatar. When Gem Soft decided to put its headquarters in Qatar, we weren’t chasing short‑term gains. We were guided by something much bigger: faith in the country’s long‑term vision, its commitment to innovation, and its willingness to partner with companies that are invested in the future.

Over the past year, I’ve met with government leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and business heads — all driven by a genuine desire to build, not just to close deals. In this region, relationships matter more than business — and our experience here has only reinforced that belief.

Being included alongside other industry leaders in this WSJ and Invest Qatar project is both an honor and a powerful reminder of why we chose Qatar as our home for the GCC and MENA regions. This is just the beginning.»

An Investor’s Perspective

If you step back and look at all the news from recent months, each piece on its own might seem routine — but together, they paint a clear picture of a company systematically breaking into the Gulf market. Having public, verifiable evidence of our international traction — not just internal chatter — makes this one of the most significant updates we’ve seen in a long time.

All these connections and media exposure have real potential to translate into contracts, revenue, and sustainable growth. For now, we’re at the stage of multiple signed MoUs and, of course, NDAs — but the seeds are planted, and the work is happening at the highest level.

Our Shared Mission: Strengthen the Brand, Build the Future

Every one of us can contribute to this momentum. Spread the word about our brand, bring new users to the app, and invite new investors to join the team. By adding to your own share portfolios, you’re building a secure asset that will only appreciate in value — because demand for our technology will keep growing, year after year. This isn’t just funding the app through our fund — it’s your personal safety net for a comfortable future, and you’re building it right now.

Let’s keep moving forward, team.

P.S.

Just a reminder: we’ve launched a new investment round for GemSpace, which fuels our internal monetization services and the development and integration of cutting‑edge LLM models across three phases — both for our SuperApp GemSpace users and for GemTeam’s enterprise communications.

The company is expanding its development team, and on top of co‑owning the platform through our Class A and D shares, we’ll be receiving quarterly dividends from all internal monetization streams: premium accounts, the mini‑app ecosystem, the GemPay payment system, and all AI‑powered services.

Once the platform hits the required performance metrics and is ready for sale, all D shares will convert into Class A shares at a 2‑for‑1 ratio. Until then, we all enjoy an additional source of passive income.

GemSpace and GemTeam are the first global platform in history that distributes all incoming cash flow and operating profit among investors proportionally to their shareholding. All distributions — up until the platform is sold or goes public — are handled through a private investment fund.

We’re not just investing in the company — we own a stake in it, side by side with management. That means we’ve gained access to a billion‑dollar industry while building a family legacy that can be passed down to future generations.

We build together, and we profit together. That’s what sets this apart from anything you’ve ever seen before.
