The Project at a Glance
Development of the GemSpace application began in 2016. Since then, it has evolved significantly — growing into a full Super App with 51 million installations and an independent valuation of $2.1 billion as of February 2026, making it a double unicorn. This valuation was assessed by independent European auditing firms and reflects consistent growth across all key metrics.
Today, Gem Space operates as a global messenger with broad functionality capable of running simultaneously across many countries. In parallel, it has been transformed into a platform for national and sovereign messengers — a solution any country can implement and operate as its own fully controlled national communication system, complete with the same full feature set as the global version.

What’s Coming This Year: Internal Monetization
The tools being developed right now represent a major breakthrough in the platform’s evolution. These are not items on a backlog — they are actively in development.
The first and most significant is internal monetization — the launch of financial flows within the app. This includes premium accounts with an expanded feature set, advertising for content creators and store owners within the platform catalog, and paid subscriptions for bloggers who build audiences and produce content compelling enough for users to pay for.
The largest growth driver in this area will be the mini-app platform — a system that will allow third-party developers to bring their products and services directly into the Gem Space ecosystem. Starting with dozens, then hundreds, then thousands of companies and entrepreneurs, each bringing their own users and offering either informational or physical products for sale.
Finally, PayGem — an electronic wallet supporting multiple currencies including cryptocurrencies — is currently in the final stages of development.
All of these features will also be available to national and regional messengers. When a country adopts Gem Space as its own national messenger, the platform is fully customized on a white label basis — name, style, colors, and logos — while retaining the complete feature set including all monetization tools.

Gem Team: Three Solutions, Three Markets
In 2024, the company began developing Gem Team — a secure corporate communication platform — now available in three distinct versions designed to serve different market segments.
- GemTeam Pod is a portable, fully localized solution hosted on a physical server that a company can keep on-site or transport anywhere — by plane, car, yacht, or to a remote industrial facility. It provides completely isolated and secure communication for organizations of up to 200 people. Target clients include financial companies, family offices, banks conducting M&A, hedge funds, senior management teams, remote industrial operations, and mobile units for government agencies or defense applications. The global market potential for this solution is significant.
- Gem Team Enterprise is the platform for medium and large companies that install the solution on their own servers. Two contracts have already been signed, with more expected this spring. This solution targets organizations with over a thousand employees that require high-level security for their internal communications and document exchange.
- Gem Team Cloud is the newest addition, targeted at the mass market of small and medium-sized companies. It is cloud-based, hosted on the company’s infrastructure, and can be deployed by an administrator in approximately half an hour — no specialist knowledge required. It is four to five times cheaper than Gem Team Enterprise and is designed for companies with 10, 50, or 100 employees who need secure communication but cannot afford or justify the cost of an enterprise deployment.
The analogy used to describe it is an apartment complex — a shared platform where each company occupies its own fully isolated unit, with no data overlap between tenants, but with all necessary shared infrastructure available. Gem Team Cloud is expected to be fully ready by June 1st.

Why This Diversity of Products Matters
The combination of Gem Space as a global messenger, white label national messenger solutions, and Gem Team across three security tiers means the company is capturing a significantly larger share of the market than a single-product approach would allow.

This follows the same path taken by major platforms that evolved from a single product into full product lines. Zoom began as a video conferencing tool and expanded into Zoom Chat, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Webinars, and more. Dropbox started as cloud storage and grew into a full collaboration platform. Signal expanded from a secure messenger into a broader product ecosystem. Building a platform makes it easier to develop adjacent products and generate revenue across new segments simultaneously.

The Crisis as a Catalyst
The escalation of events in the Gulf region beginning February 28th caused concern for many. For Gem Soft’s business, however, it caused a sharp increase in interest across both products.
This pattern is consistent with previous crises. In 2008 and 2009, companies like Netflix, Amazon, Uber, Airbnb, and WhatsApp not only survived but grew. Smart investors understood that crises pass, but well-positioned investments endure. The same dynamic is playing out today — both potential clients and investors are paying closer attention to what Gem Soft offers.
On the Question of Sales Progress
A frequently asked question was addressed directly: if the products are this strong, why haven’t large volumes been sold yet?
The answer lies in the nature of what is being sold. This is not a consumer device. These are complex solutions related to the protection of communications — the core of every organization where sensitive data, negotiations, and documents flow. Security officers and senior directors responsible for communication security participate in every negotiation. Companies approach these decisions carefully and cautiously.
Even the best smartphone in the world, from an unknown manufacturer, would take significant time, effort, and investment to generate strong consumer demand — regardless of how superior its specifications are. The same principle applies here, but with an even more deliberate buyer.
Progress is being made month by month. Once the first three, five, or ten contracts are closed and clients are satisfied, the team is confident a real market inflection will follow.

The Year of Money
2026 has been designated internally as the year of money. The startup and concept phases are behind the company. The products exist, they are being actively promoted, and the monetization phase has begun.
The exit strategy for investors includes the core global sale of Gem Space, white label country-specific sales across 200-plus countries, and Gem Team licensing across all three tiers — from enterprise to cloud. The combination of these revenue streams positions the company for a substantial and multi-faceted financial outcome.
