1. The Gem Space and Gem Team teams have returned to Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Our partners asked them to return as soon as possible, despite the ongoing military situation in the region.
2. At Monday’s Board of Directors session, a precise update was provided on the number of test versions currently in progress. Ten demo deployments are already underway in Qatar, and a queue of 50 additional demo requests has formed from neighboring countries. At the direct request of Gulf region organizations, we are urgently resuming full operations and launching all of these demo versions. This is a significant breakthrough.
3. An important update on our legal structure. We have built a robust legal framework for an investment business operating as a venture project with investors from dozens of countries. Several years of work went into developing a protected legal system capable of accommodating shareholders from anywhere in the world. This structure was developed in collaboration with several international groups and is built around the Mauritius-based fund, operating under local government oversight. This work in a fully legitimate legal framework continues — all with one purpose: to complete the transaction.
4. At the conference, an improved legal documentation scheme for share acquisition was presented. Citizens of any country in the world can now acquire shares in the company, complete verification quickly, and receive title documents. Documents are issued after each step of the purchase process, and all transactions are reflected in the personal business accounts of shareholders. This is direct preparation for closing deals.
5. It was reaffirmed that the company’s primary objective remains the sale of the entire Gem Space application to one large strategic buyer. To complete this transaction, a significant volume of investment is required. These funds will enable the company to instantly expand its presence on any continent and in any country. To that end, management is already in active negotiations for the sale of regional copies of the application to regional buyers — a direction that has been referenced on multiple occasions.
Such a transaction would bring the company a substantial sum, to be directed toward promotion and marketing of the main application, achieving download targets, and deploying the Mini Apps platform and PayGem financial services worldwide.
This will allow our leadership to negotiate the final deal on their own terms, in the interest of shareholders. This is why we are moving with urgency — and we are fortunate that potential buyers have also begun to accelerate.
6. One more important point. Our second project — Gem Team — also exists to generate revenue. Not only for shareholders, but first and foremost for the company itself, in support of our primary goal: the sale of the main Gem Space application. To that end, additional financing sources have been created through three licensing models serving three groups of buyers.
The first group consists of organizations requiring maximum protection and full infrastructure isolation. The second group covers large organizations and government structures with 1,000 or more users. The third group addresses the mass market — small and medium-sized businesses communicating through our cloud infrastructure, with simple registration and automated license purchase. These three models together form what we call our full-market coverage system, allowing us to reach every segment of the corporate secure communications market.
7. Even if you have not yet joined the VIP club, there is still time — though the window is narrowing. We encourage all shareholders to take every opportunity to grow their class A share portfolios. The sale of the Gem Space messenger remains our primary goal. And it is important to understand that the return per share from the messenger sale will be substantially greater — and arrive faster — than returns from any other source.
