In this release, we focused on overall app quality. We simplified common actions, sped things up, and fixed the little things that could get in the way of daily use.
iOS
The app is now cleaner and easier to navigate. Stories have moved to the Catalog, so all useful content is in one place. The video message button is more visible, and recordings sound clearer.
We also simplified profile actions, making it easier to open a QR code, copy a username, or share a link. Message forwarding has been improved as well.
Android
Here, the focus is on stability and calls. The calling interface runs smoother, connections are faster, and voices stay clear even in noisy environments. Messages display correctly, and read statuses are accurate.
We’ve also fixed a number of small but noticeable issues, from crashes to front camera performance. Plus, we added support for new devices, so the app runs smoothly on the latest models.
Web
We’ve refined the core experience. Messages are delivered and displayed in the correct order. Call notifications now come through without delays. The unread counter shows the right number, even after chats are deleted.
And for new users, we’ve added clearer guidance to make onboarding easier from the very first launch.
