Gem Soft Valuation Reaches $2.12 Billion — and the Growth Strategy Is Clear

The latest independent audit has confirmed a new business valuation for Gem Space: $2,121,553,880. While the Board of Directors considers this figure conservative relative to the platform’s full potential, the appraisers apply strict methodology — and the number speaks for itself.

What makes this milestone particularly notable is the context in which it was achieved. Global stock markets are declining. Cryptocurrencies remain volatile. Against this backdrop, Gem Space continues its steady, consistent growth — a reflection of a product that is genuinely in demand.

What’s Driving the Value

The current valuation is grounded in two core assets: a market-ready product with a proven track record, and the infrastructure built around it. But the Board is clear — this is not the ceiling.

Several developments are expected to significantly increase the valuation in the near term. The planned launch of PayGem and the mini-app engine will enable internal cash flow generation directly within the app. As auditors have noted, the presence of internal cash flow immediately multiplies platform value. Each monetizable user becomes a meaningful contributor to the overall valuation — and Gem Space has tens of millions of them.

The 50 Million Google Play Milestone

One of the most strategically significant near-term targets is reaching 50 million downloads on Google Play. Hitting this threshold places Gem Space in an entirely different category in negotiations — dramatically improving the company’s positioning and the scale of offers received for regional licensing and platform sales.

Sovereign Communications: A Growing Global Need

A key driver of commercial interest in Gem Space is the global shift toward communication sovereignty. Countries around the world are increasingly aware of their vulnerability when critical infrastructure depends on foreign technologies they do not own or control.

Gem Space offers something no large corporation is willing to provide: full source code access, local deployment, and technological independence. Building a comparable solution from scratch would take a government-backed team more than three years — and several attempts have already failed at scale. Gem Space is already there.

Active negotiations are currently underway across multiple regions for country-specific licensing agreements. In one case, a country is exploring using Gem Space technology to provide its population with unconditional access to communications — integrated directly into a national mobile operator’s infrastructure.

What Comes Next

The focus now shifts away from Class C shares, which are nearly exhausted, toward licensing on the infrastructure already built. The next phase involves promoting and closing deals for the main application across multiple countries and continents — supported by a clear monetization roadmap and a strengthening negotiation position.

An additional valuation of intellectual property and the technical team’s unique competencies is also planned, which will further reflect the true depth of what has been built.

The direction is set. The product is proven. And the numbers are moving in one direction.
