As the New Year approaches, The Board of Directors would like to say one important thing: thank you for your trust.
Most of you are not professional investors. You decided to invest your money not because someone promised you quick results, but because you believed in the team, the idea, and the prospects of our products. Today, I can say with confidence that it was the right decision.
Over the past few years, we have come a long way. A path that is rarely visible from the outside, but which is critically important for any technology business. We have built a strong team, developed a modern product architecture, passed through stages where many projects stall or fall apart. We did not seek quick wins — we consistently built a foundation.
Today, we have something that is truly valuable:
- mature products;
- a strong engineering and management team;
- a clear development strategy in two directions;
- and, most importantly, we have begun to monetize our efforts.
We are at a point where the efforts of recent years are beginning to translate into financial results. This does not mean instant miracles — there are no such miracles in investment. However, it does mean that we are close to our goal: the emergence of a dividend stream and growth in the company’s shareholder value.
It is very important to understand that the riskiest stage is already behind us. Creating a product, team, and platform requires time, patience, and discipline. It is at this stage that trust is most often lost. You have gone through this stage with us — and that is why your investments are in a strong position.
We do not make empty promises or give exact deadlines when it is impossible to do so honestly. However, we know one thing for sure: the company has reached a stage where growth and monetization are no longer a hypothesis but a development scenario.
In the new year, we will continue to move forward — calmly, consistently, and professionally. Our task as a team is to turn the value we have created into financial results for the business and for each of you.
